The isomers differ in the position of the two nitro groups, which changes melting point and the phenylenediamine obtained on reduction. Meta (99-65-0) gives m-phenylenediamine, the isomer used for epoxy curing agents and aramid fibres. Order by CAS to get the isomer you need.
