Standard grade offers 98.0% minimum assay. Premium grade offers 98.5% minimum with lower iron, chloride and residue limits, and is recommended for fine-chemical and high-purity processes.
Technical 98% is the standard offer, with premium low-iron, low-chloride 98.5% available. Other strengths (93%, 96% or oleum) can be quoted on request. Always state the % strength with CAS 7664-93-9.
Sulfuric acid is registered under REACH, and it is also a reportable substance under the EU explosives precursors rules (Regulation (EU) 2019/1148), so we may ask for end-use information. We confirm the current status for your application before quoting.
Store in closed, acid-resistant containers or tanks in a cool, ventilated place, away from water, bases, organics, metals and combustible materials. Always add acid to water, never the reverse.
