The isomers differ in the position of the two chlorine atoms relative to the nitro group, which changes melting point and the aniline obtained on reduction. 3,4-DCNB gives 3,4-dichloroaniline, the isomer used for diuron- and linuron-type herbicides. Order by CAS (99-54-7).
